Would you like to work at Ilkley Literature Festival – the North’s biggest and most exciting Literature Festival?

You’ll be working on one of the North’s most exciting literary events as part of a very friendly team. All posts are based in Ilkley West Yorkshire 30 mins by train from Leeds and Bradford.

Volunteers Coordinator ( part time or freelance, July – October )

To coordinate, recruit and manage our volunteer stewards

Two Box Office Administrators (10 weeks full time from 7th August to 17th October) to run our busy box office.  

If you are organised and reliable, good at admin, an excellent communicator who can stay calm under pressure and want to work on a top arts event this could be for you! It’s excellent experience and is a great stepping stone into arts admin with an exciting, friendly Festival.

Two Festival Assistants (16 weeks part time from 25th June to 14th October)

This year we are looking for two paid part time Festival Assistants June-mid October.

One of these posts is specially for a young person who, as a result of family, educational or economic background or circumstances, might not otherwise have the opportunity to gain experience of working in the arts.

Stage Managers (As needed during the Festival from Friday 28 September- Sunday 14 October inclusive- weekday evenings and weekends)

To keep the Festival running smoothly and to time and to provide Stage Management support for Festival Events.
