Words in the City 2016
A world record holding beatboxer, Roald Dahl’s Revolting Rhymes, a Multilingual Mushiara, a Poetry Slam and Shakeapeare performed like you’ve never seen before…there is something for everyone at Words in the City!
This year, Words in the City is part of Bradford Festival and will bring together local and national talent for a weekend of spoken word and poetry performances plus exciting activities for children and families. Performers including Hollie McNish, Testament, Chicken Shop Shakespeare, Leeds Young Authors, BBC 1xtra Words First finalists Asma Elbadawi and Isaiah Hull and many more will be showcasing their talents across the centre of Bradford.
