ON THE DAY
Unsold tickets are available from our box office at the venue 30 minutes before the start of the event. Events often sell out. Please book in advance to avoid disappointment. We do hold a waiting list for returns for very popular events.

CONCESSIONS
The Festival offers concessions where applicable  to:
Children and Young People under 25
Disabled people – in receipt of disability living allowance
People in receipt of additional benefits eg. housing benefit; income support; family credit; council tax relief  etc
We are sorry that we are unable to offer a general concession to senior citizens.

PARTY BOOKINGS
The Festival welcomes party bookings from schools, college and established community groups including readers groups. Group bookings (of 10 people and over) need to be made through the Box Office on 01943 816714 and include one free ticket for each accompanying staff member per 10 children/ group members.

EXCHANGES AND RESALES
We do not accept tickets for exchange or resale unless an event is sold out. If we are able to sell unwanted tickets for a sold out event you will receive a full refund, minus a 50p handling charge, at the end of the Festival.
