What to Expect this Year: Booking Tickets

This year we have introduced some changes to our booking system. These changes will make it safer for customers booking tickets and attending events, by reducing queues and seating queries at our venues.

For more information about booking tickets, visit our booking and access information page or read our booking terms and conditions.

Reserved Seating

This year we are introducing reserved seating at our venues. You will be able select your seats when booking.
The seat number will appear on your ticket. There will be one empty seat space between each audience member.

Ticket Collection, Delivery and Door Sales

You must purchase a ticket and have it with you before arriving at the venue. Tickets will not be available to collect or purchase on the door.
You can choose to print your tickets at home or to have them posted to you.

Accessible Seating

If you require an accessible seat – such as a wheelchair space, an aisle seat or a complimentary Essential Companion ticket – please call the Box Office on 01943 816714 so we can reserve you an appropriate seat

No Booking Fees

We have listened to our customers and will no longer be charging booking fees.

Refunds & Returned Tickets

Please do not attend events if you have tested positive for Covid-19 or are displaying symptoms.
If you are unable to attend an event due to Covid and inform us no later than 2 hours before the start time, you will be eligible for a refund.

Tickets are otherwise non-refundable except in the event of a cancelled performance.
Returned tickets for sold out events will be available for resale online only, not on the door at venues.
