Ilkley Lit Fest – Summer Fringe – Thursday 4 August
Book your free place to this event here.
Our Summer Fringe is back! Come and watch local Yorkshire creatives perform in a range of artforms in the atmospheric courtyard of Ilkley Manor House, including poetry, music, comedy improv and spoken word. There will be five evenings of outdoor performances taking place on Thursdays from 6.30pm, running from 28 July to 25 August.
This evening we present:
Rhubarb @The Triangle: Readings from Seconds, the sophomore anthology from Rhubarb @The Triangle, published to celebrate the popular Shipley open mic’s 50th event.
Anita Simic: Inspiration: where does it come from? Silly rhymes and serious sonnets all start with a thought. Here are some of Anita’s.
Otley Troubadours read from The Walrus Said
Please note, this event takes place outdoors and attendees are encouraged to bring their own seating. This event is also weather dependent and changes may be made to the programme line-up due to unforeseen circumstances. Please follow our social media for regular updates to the programme.
