Apprentice Poets in Residence 2019

Ilkley Literature Festival’s Apprentice Poet in Residence role is an opportunity for a talented emerging poet at the start of their career, based in the North of England.

In 2019, ILF had two Apprentice Poets in Residence, Genevieve Carver and Shash Trevett. Both spoke and performed at ILF 2019 at an event entitled On the Rise: New Yorkshire Poets.
