Access Information

Concessions

Concessionary tickets are available to young people and people in financial need. As such, concessions are available to the following people (proof or status will be required):

Students in full-time education and people under 25.
People in receipt of disability or health condition benefits, Universal Credit, Universal Pension Credit or Jobseekers Allowance from the UK Government.
People in receipt of Housing Benefit or Council Tax Relief from their Local Authority.

Concessionary prices are stated after the full price for each event, e.g. £12/9

Accessible Seating

If you require an accessible seat, such as a wheelchair space reserving, an aisle seat or a complimentary Essential Companion ticket, please call the Box Office on 01943 816714.

All ILF 2025 venues have level access routes and accessible toilets. Please note Ilkley Grammar School is a short uphill walk from Ilkley train station.
Hearing loops are available at the King’s Hall, All Saints’ Church and Ilkley Playhouse.
Selected events are BSL interpreted. Check event descriptions.
Assistance dogs are welcome

All Saints’ Church and Church House

All Saints’ Church is our larger venue space and Church House is a smaller venue space within the church.

Entrance
To enter both venues, please use the glass link corridor from Church Street.

Access
Accessible drop-off is available via the boom gate on New Brook Street. Please contact the box office or ILF team when you book your ticket, who can arrange for the boom gate to be opened for you.

There is level access to the main Church and Church House via the glass link corridor. There is wheelchair access to Church House via a graduated ramp and an accessible toilet available in the glass link corridor.

Hearing loops are available at the venue. Please let the box office staff know upon booking or at the venue.

There is an accessible entrance at the left-hand side of the building. Please alert a volunteer or a member of staff upon booking or when you arrive at the venue that you will be using the accessible entrance.

There is a built-in infra red induction system with headphones available at the venue. If you require the loop system, please alert a member of staff upon booking or when you arrive at the venue.

There is a built-in induction loop system installed. Hearing aid users can amplify the sound from the stage by switching their hearing aid to the T setting.
