In his first solo title, Si King – one half of the Hairy Bikers alongside his best friend, the late Dave Myers – shares the food he cooks and eats at home: honest, unfussy dishes built for real life, real budgets and real families. Proper food, done proper. A North-East legend, King is one of the most-loved TV chefs, and has travelled the world collecting ingredients, ideas and inspiration. Alongside delicious recipes, King will share personal stories, memories and kitchen wisdom that have shaped a lifetime of cooking for the people he loves.
