1. Andrew Davies: Life in Scripts
Undisputed maestro of literary adaptation Andrew Davies has finally turned his razor-sharp pen on the most challenging subject of all: himself. His memoir, An Unsuitable Boy, recounts the life and times of the man behind some of our most-loved scripts, including Pride & Prejudice, House of Cards, Bleak House and Bridget Jones. Expect wit, warmth, and indiscretions, as Davies speaks candidly about marriage and mischief, writer’s block and Broadway, literary obsession and love. Join us for an opening night filled with drama!
This event is part of our Stage & Screen strand.
